On Saturday, I made madeleines to take to dinner with some friends. It was fun, and it reinforced my desire to have two more madeleine trays so that I can bake them all before the dough starts to separate in the bowl. Plus that will make it even quicker if I can bake more than one tray at once. They turned out yummy!
